Sample Contract
Below is a sample of my basic contract. I use it (or a variation of it) for almost every client and I have had no trouble getting paid. Obviously, the formatting could be cleaner, but we're at the mercy of my web host and their native program here, so it is what it is. For a better view, you can download a sample file that you can convert, modify, and use for your own business as needed.
